I think you would have to call The Corporation an anti-business book. Author Joel Bakan's thesis is that The Corporation has only one purpose - produce profit. The author contends that pursuit of that goal harms people and the planet.

What set the book apart for me, besides it being about the Milwaukee Brewers, was his attention to detail and his style of campfire storytelling.
