Excerpts: Who Are "They" Anyway - Part III

Im sure youve heard it, too:
      They dont care about quality and service,
            its all about numbers and the bottom line.
      Theyre never around when you need them,
            you know.
      They cant decide what they want us to do.
      They do just enough to get by.
      When are they gonna learn ?
Theyre everywhere,
I swear!
Just listen to people complain:
      Theyre ruining this organization.
      Theyre driving me crazy!
      They never listen.
      They cant be trusted.
      Theyre only out for themselves.
      Theyre never satisfied.
      They could solve our problems if they really
            wanted to.
      Im tired of        not pulling their share
            of the load!
      Its downright disconcerting.
