News & Opinion: Dear Readers's Book of The Week

By: Dylan Schleicher @ 12:56 PM – Filed under: Innovation & Creativity

Dear Reader's Business Book Club is doing Ideas Are Free by Alan G. Robinson & Dean M. Schroeder. You can also find a great article about in the July issue of Inc. Magazine [pg 34, 37]. Here is the gist that I have for the book:
  • It is not about the big ideas; it is about small ones.
  • Lots of small ideas are harder to copy than one big idea.
  • It about working with employees to gather them.
It's moved up on my reading list. Update: Dana talked about Ideas Are Free a couple of weeks. You can also go back and see what coroners at Brand Autopsy said in May.
