There's some expected choices in these recommendations - like Good to Great, The Tipping Point, Made to Stick, and others, but there are also some surprises like How to Read a Book, The Classic Guide to Better Writing, and The Road Less Traveled, 25th Anniversary Edition : A New Psychology of Love, Traditional Values and Spiritual Growth, which only goes to show that business isn't always just about business.
