News & Opinion: The Recruit

By: Dylan Schleicher @ 4:29 PM – Filed under: The Company

Whether or not, someone likes or dislikes a book depends on a million things - did they like the cover art, what did others say about the book, what other books have they read, and so on. We think the only answer to that is to give you a variety of viewpoints about business books.
We are going have a number of people start writing reviews for blog. One thing that will be different about this site is you will be able to see who is saying what. We think that component of identity is important when publishing reviews.
Right now, I am looking to recruit an individual to write a few book reviews for the blog. Let me start by say you need to like business books and read them on a regular basis. You will need time for write 3 book reviews in the next 60 days. There will be some free books. You will also need to be willing to publish your name with your reviews. Having an online presence will be a big plus.
If you are interested, send an email to todd at 800ceoread dot com with the subject "recruit". When you write, give me a reason or two to pick you over the others who write.
