News & Opinion: The Visual Book Report

By: Dylan Schleicher @ 12:31 PM – Filed under: Management & Workplace Culture

Cliff at Beyond Bullets says people just don't have time to read books anymore (we hope that isn't true). He goes on to discuss an interesting idea. Cliff suggests that groups form, members pick books, and each person come back with a single slide that represents their book.
I think this is a great idea. I think with most books this would be difficult to do, but it forces to you think about what is really important.
So, I would love to see your visual books reports.
Pick a book you have read and make a one page Powerpoint presentation. Send me your files (todd at 800ceoread dot com) and I will post them here on the blog.
Looking forward to seeing what your reading and what you got out of it.
